CardMasters began in 2003 as a small but ambitious print shop in the heart of Cagayan de Oro. Our founder, Engr. Roberto Manalang, saw a gap: local government agencies and businesses needed a reliable, high-quality supplier for awards, signage, and branded materials — and no one was filling that gap with the level of craft it deserved.

Within five years, CardMasters had outgrown its original space and earned its first major government contract. The Department of Education became a foundational partner — a relationship that continues to this day and spans thousands of recognition pieces produced for teachers and students across Mindanao and Visayas.

Today, with four offices across CDO, Cebu, Davao, and Makati, a production floor equipped with CNC routers, JWEI cutters, laser engravers, and acrylic fabrication lines, and a team of over 80 dedicated craftspeople, CardMasters stands as one of the Philippines’ most trusted B2B production partners.
